@delhivery @help_delhivery Rebooked another pickup, this time premium on 7th October hoping the goods will be picked up. It's 9th October. Still waiting for the pick up. No communication on delay. There's no way to speak to a representative. Useless IVR and service request.

@delhivery You guys are setting some benchmark in the worst customer experience. Placed an order for a courier pick up on 5th Oct. But, no one turned up. Tried raising tickets, called IVR but no help. Ultimately, saw the amount was refunded without any communication. (1/n)
