@royalenfield is it mandatory to take insurance from your dealer while purchasing new bike. If that is the company policy it’s not what is defined by law.

@KurlonLimited There is sagging in mattress is less than a year & after raising this concern & inspection it is told to us it will be replaced. CID: 394260 is registered but no clarity is provided wen & how this will happen. Standard revert comes over email expecting quick action
