@rauchg I built something and I think you should see it.
It started with a simple frustration. Every time a team outgrows @vercel pricing, their only option is to self-host and self-hosting means rebuilding everything from scratch and losing all the DX they loved.
That felt like a solvable problem.
So I built BYOC. You just click connect AWS button then cloudFormation runs inside your own account and sets everything up. My platform never touches your data.
But then I thought why stop at AWS? What if someone wants GCP next year?
So I built a provider abstraction layer. AWS is live right now. But the platform has no opinion on which cloud you use. Swap it out, everything else stays exactly the same.
Took me 4 weeks solo.
Let's build @vercel in a way that user actually want.
