Haven't received any revert yet. The warrenty is valid till 30th Nov only and I need resolution.

Bought 32Y1 TV on 30/11/21 and is yet under IInd year warranty. Display is all black trough HDMI. CC asks for INR 708/- to be paid for technician visit as service charges.

Help me know the meaning of warranty?

@TataMotors @tata_cars Bought punch adventure rhythm just 2 days ago, since last 2 hour vehicle is parked on road and reverse gear isn't working. Already contacted customer care for RSA.
QA qualified vehicle with such problem isn't what acceptable from TATA.

Need to log a complaint against manufacturing defect of the vehicle. Called customer care and they couldn't find the vehicle with chesise or engine number.
Contacted GM @srmmotors , the dealer, no proper response and resolution received.

@OnePlus_IN trying to connect with customer care since morning, the call center is pathetic that each time it keeps me on hold for more than 15 mins and then disconnect. Even at feedback level, if you give poor rating, it don't accept.

@goibibo raised a complaint, received a commitment to getthe issue resolved by hoteliers in 10 mins, nothing happened. I was confirmed to receive a call back in 30 mins by superior authority from goibibo at 7.30 pm.. Nothing happen till now.
