Dear @Nitin_Gadkari,
Dear @HardeepSPuri,
They are coming after you. Please make 100% petrol available at all petrol pumps for vehicles that are not E20-compliant before the situation gets worse.
If we really want to improve the Education system of INDIA, let's ask a question : why is it that kids of netas & babus study in private schools & colleges & also go abroad? I said this a month & a half ago!
Let's talk solutions apart from #DharmendraPradhan ji's resignation
@justshailendra@pa_dd_y Guru Ji, Rahul Gandhi ka kundali bhi dekh lijiye, inke haatho inki party ka benefit kam nuksaan jyada and opposite party ka benefit hi benefit ho jata hai. Aisa kuchh kundali dosh ho shayad
He's Tukaram Mundhe, a 2005-batch IAS from Maharashtra.
Over the last few weeks, you might have heard his name. That is because he was recently appointed Commissioner of State’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Since taking charge, the FDA has been on an absolute warpath, raiding illegal, fake, synthetic, and adulterated products. From synthetic milk networks and adulterated paneer to illegal gutkha and unhygienic eateries, nothing has escaped his radar.
Mundhe has made it clear that even the most famous names will not get a free pass. His department shocked Mumbai by suspending the food licenses of iconic establishments, such as the 73-year-old Marine Drive ice cream parlor K. Rustom & Co., alongside famous eateries like Shalimar Hospitality, Noor Mohammadi Hotel, and Rahmaniya Restaurant, after surprise inspections uncovered severe hygiene violations, including live pests and expired ingredients.
Such is the fear of his crackdowns that, just two days ago, dairy farmers were caught on video spilling hundreds of liters of synthetic milk after rumors of an impending FDA raid spread.
This is his 25th transfer in a 21-year career, a testament to his refusal to bend to political pressure. It makes you wonder: if just one IAS officer can bring about so much change, where would our country be if every bureaucrat were as uncompromising and proactive as him?
Grateful 🙏 We have 4 demands
* Availability of E0 E5, E10 & E20 blended fuels !
* all documents wrt E20 including ARAI report in Public domain
* solution for pre 2023 vehicles damged
* no future rollout without 360°infrastructure being ready.

Anand Ranganathan @ARanganathan72 ji doesn't hesitate on the Topic of Ethanol Blending. He Spoke our Mind.
This Must Go Viral. I am Happy that More People are Talking about this & must be reconsidered.
Government has an opportunity to Listen to us !!!

Dear @narendramodi ji,
I am forced to directly reach out to you on E20 matter as we don’t get appropriate responses from concerned minister’s like @nitin_gadkari ji (who has gone quiet) or @HardeepSPuri ji (who is too defensive) or the BJP IT cell and its extended arms (who are busy mocking and deriding the citizens). The key points are as follows:
1. This is not a political issue as this is a widespread concern expressed even by many of your staunchest of supporters as is evident at X. We are not with the protesters who are raking it up to gain political mileage and despite this grave issue we stand fully behind you.
2. We are not against E20 but rather support its implementation.
3. However there are genuine concerns with vehicle mileage as the impact is not just 4-5% but could be as high as 30%+ even amongst new vehicles (2025 onwards). With so many first time private players coming into production of ethanol, it could be that the quality may not be up to the mark and the quality checks may not be stringent.
4. Vehicle mileage variances points to inconsistent quality of petrol being supplied by various petrol pumps. Adulterated petrol has always been an issue in India but with ethanol, the opportunity to adulterate may have got further enhanced. There could be issues with pumps storage facilities (ethanol requires better quality storage facilities like moisture proof etc that pumps may be hesitant to invest in leading to moisture ridden petrol).
5. This calls for strongest checks and balances at ethanol producing units, depots and retail pumps, which may not be adequate enough leading to vehicle issues with machinery and mileage. There may even be issues other than mentioned above that concerned ministries must look into.
6. Lastly, since the concerns are so widespread, it is advisable that to allay fears & concerns, govt must seriously consider consumer demand of providing both E10 and E20 options.
The ministries have only been repeating general points, ad nauseam, without addressing concerns that people are facing on the ground. People need solutions not sermons and I am sure your intervention in this matter will help in a big way.
Thanking you in anticipation🙏
The first on ground protest against the forced Ethanol 20 Blending policy : with one question, if vehicles prior to 2023 were Ethanol 20 blended fuel compliant, why are vehicles after 2025 called E20 compliant?

Genuine question:
Why can't Indian highways be smooth? They always feel uneven, bumpy, undulating. Even on flyovers along NHs, you can feel every expansion joint under your car. Many times, the car hits a sudden vertical bump out of nowhere, usually at the beginning of a flyover, and the impact is so hard that the wipers come on.
Is it due to soil conditions, lack of technology, engineering constraints, or simply corruption?

My opinion on the E20 petrol issue.
Most people who are facing issues are right.
But here is the complete truth
Water is the biggest enemy of E20 petrol. You see so many videos in which ethanol and petrol are separated; it's because of water.
One of the biggest problems is the petrol pump infrastructure of our country. Most petrol pumps store petrol in underground tanks, where there is a high chance E20 petrol can come into contact with water. Especially in the monsoon season.
Many bike owners face the same problem because water often gets in from the top during the monsoon and while they wash it.
Also, there must be an option of pure petrol for old vehicle owners who are not compatible with E20.
Another very important task must be carried out by Nitin Gadgari Ji, his son, or his family: dissolving their ethanol business, as this is not a case of corruption but a clear conflict of interest.
People in India should not oppose E20 petrol, as it is not a problem in itself.
On the other hand, the government must ensure that the above important steps are taken.
If the government fails in the above task, it can't blame the people of this country for this issue.
Later, opposition parties and others will also push disinformation to incite genuine people to the next level.
People in India very well understand the importance of saving a huge amount of money from oil imports, but it's the government's duty to ensure E20 pushes only E20 vehicles and to take strict action on storage infrastructure and conflicts of interest.
There is a press conference happening today on E20 b mly the expert group on behalf of the petroleum ministry.
I'm sure they won't be taking any questions. They will speak the same mumbo-jumbo : it's safe, energy security, lower crude import, more income to farmers, oil lobby, foreign hand blah blah and leave.
Even if they take question, no journalist will be smart enough to ask the real questions:
1. Why rolled out E20 when most of the vechiles weren't compliant.
2. Who will be responsible for wear and tear of non compliant cars. You'll say there are no reports world over for damage but that's because nowhere in the world have they introduced E20 without making sure that older vehicles have phased out and even then they kept the option of pure petrol for those few left with older cars. Ethanol corrodes non compliant cars. It's a known scientific fact. Why else would there is complaint cars if non compliant cars were as safe?
3. It was told ethanol blended fuel will be cheaper but it's costly than even erstwhile pure petrol because of mileage drop. People are buying more fuel for same useage.
@kamath_kir82424@HemanNamo@siamindia@NITIAayog Exactly, that's the point. Before rolling out it as nationwide and making it mandatory. Govt. should make it as alternative options and advice to new models manufacturered vehicles after 2023 to use E20 and older models should continue to use pure Petrol.
