@Livpure_India Such a disastrous Customer care and service that i had to cancel the subscription.The subscription was canceled on 21st May and today is 13th June still the machine is not yet picked up,even after dozens of calls to CCare.
My deposit is stuck coz of this.

Pathetic service from @Livpure_India @LivpureSmart.Withing 4 days of installation 3 service req raised and still unresolved.Had to cancel my subscription for this pathetic service and arrogant employees.

Within 4 days of installation 3 service request was raised and finally a leakage issue was identified with the so called new machine.The service engg failed to resolve the issue and ultimately I had to cancel the subscription.
