Recently I ordered food from swiggy and my experience was so bad that I will not order food from swiggy in future. This incident was on 25/08/2025. Food did'nt reached me on time, it was 1 hr delayed & after that swiggy imposed penalty on me for cancelling the order.

I have added SS below and I have also mailed them but no solution is provided. Requesting all whosoever is reading this that be careful from ordering food from @Swiggy because it will be your fault if the order is delayed according to them and swiggy will impose penalty on you.

Again my Claim is rejected with some nonsense auto generated messages.
In this particular order customer have returned water instead of my material. I have raised the claim but meesho is not accepting my claim.

@meesho_support @meesho_support no resolution was provided. They said that Order ID: 303643906347_1. We have verified that the product delivered was . To prevent such inconveniences in the future, please ensure that proper packaging. This is not the resolution. I want my money back.

I am a seller on Meesho and for the past few months, I have been facing really big issues regarding the claim process on your platform. I have raised tickets for the claim on seller portal and multiple times my tickets are rejected

@meesho_support My 4-5 claims have been rejected by Meesho. Customers have completely used the product and filled water in the container and returned the product to me. I have raised the claim on the supplier portal but meesho is not approving my claims.I am facing losses on meesho. Please help

Facing all these problems and this kind of behavior I am now writing this to you to resolve my issue as soon as possible. I advise you to update your system and improve your communication with the seller, buyer, and Meesho support team.
