Hi, I have ordered 5kg washing powder instead of liquid detergent mistakenly.
But when I reached customer support executive, she straight away denied to help with replacement or refund. Such arrogant and frustrating reponse is very unfortunate.

@UnionBankTweets This is the another pain area with your bank, every time and for every small request we need to go home branch. If someone's home branch is 100 km then what he will do? and other branches dont wish to serve non home branch customer
