@urbancompany_UC Horrible service by urban company. The AC service guy just left without doing any service. And the app is still showing 'Processing' . Horrible service.

@UC_Assist The guy came and told us he will not clean the ac some one else will do the job. Plus he did not come on time. And left without closing the job in your app. Why does your app says processing ? Why the job haven't been closed yet. He did not clean the AC. Please see the attached.

Now I got the delivery. Delivery Guy did not ask for OTP. Customer care are saying it's system glitch but still how can you mark it delivered without OTP?

There is no way to reach delivery guy or confirm this. Also how did you get otp? Pathetic delivery
