One of the things I like to do is pattern matching. Recently, I noticed a very interesting similarity between FCL and Filatex India.

FCL made a very good move of around 83% in 21 sessions. After that, the stock went into an eight-week consolidation from June to Aug. After the first leg of the move. The price moved sideways, and eventually formed a proper right-hand side.

This is the part where you need to be patient. If you try too early, you can easily get stopped out. You have to wait for the right-hand side formation and a good-looking base to develop.

Once FCL started moving again, it made another 30% move in 12 sessions, which, in this context, is a very good move. Also, look at how the price respected the 50 EMA on the daily timeframe during this entire process.

Now look at Filatex India. You can see strong buying interest during the first two weeks of July, with some big buying bars and a fast move. The stock has now started halting near the 50 EMA.

It is still early days, so there is nothing to predict here. The important part is to observe the structure and wait for the right-hand side to develop. We want to see a proper consolidation, with the price ideally respecting the 50 or 20 EMA.

This is why I like pattern matching.

If you study one winner properly, it can lead you to another opportunity. The names will keep changing, but if you understand the structure and the crux of your setup, you will keep trading the same setup in different stocks.

Whether you trade intraday, positional, or invest for the long term, pick your model and understand how your setup actually works.

गडकरी को निपटाया जाएगा या कोई और फाँस गडकरी के गले में अटका दी जाएगी।
