@r626500 @motorolaindia I am facing the same issue and my phone is under warranty and still service center is asking for charges as There are minor scratch on phone due to that my phone se out of warranty. It’s only 9 month old phone. @motorolaindia you are giving worst experience.

@motorolaindia Since then it has not turned on at all. I have tried charging it and force restarting it, but there is no response. There was no drop, physical damage or liquid exposure.

When I took it to your authorised service center, they declared it "out of warranty" citing scratches.
