@airindia @airindia Your response citing ATC delays doesn’t change the fact that passengers are entitled to compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004 when flights are delayed by 3+ hours unless extraordinary circumstances apply. Both of my flights - LHR-BOM & BOM-DEL—were delayed!
