@WakefitCo @SupportWakefit This is regarding ticket 774167039512 and order ORDER202305w5HQE7..I was being charged 6k for repairing a 3year old sofa which costed me around 27k... I have agreed for the repair but I wanted to bring to your notice there are quality issues at ur 1/2

I have to get it repaired so agreed for the repair for 6k.If I would have purchased from local vendors it would have been a better experience.. it is hard for customers to refer others with this low quality standards hope you deliver better in future @WakefitCo

@WakefitCo @SupportWakefit Now the replaced product also got issues within 2-3 years with ideal usage.. this raises concern on your standards of manufacturing and quality..If the the product are not worthy don't make huge claims..

I was communicated that the spring issue in the sofa doesn't cover under the 5year warranty you guys claim for frame and suspension..my initial order was also having bad experience as I have to get the faulty product that was delivered initially @WakefitCo
