Recently, I made a video highlighting the fact that some cheaters still haven't been properly punished for breaking the TOS of @VALORANT multiple times and they still continue to exist in the Mumbai servers. Unfortunately, the video was removed due to a false privacy complain. The person who filed the actual complaint was exposed not just for toxicity, but for engaging in violent threats as well. He threatened to kill somebody's mother, but can not seem to take any sort of criticism against himself when his behavior is called out publicly. I understand it is important for you to protect your user's privacy, but it is clearly mentioned under your Privacy Guidelines that if the topic of the video is newsworthy or in public interest then an exception can be made. On top of that, it is distinctly mentioned that an exception can even me made if the alleged person is engaging in violence or threats of violence.

From timestamp 8:48 - 9:16 you can clearly hear him use derogatory terms for his teammate's mother, even threatening to kill her.
The image used in timestamp 9:09 - 9:13 is of the same person(EMPkid). It is evident that the only reason he filed a privacy complain is because he didn't like being exposed for his behavior, clearly abusing the very rights that were meant to protect him.

@TeamYouTube it takes time and effort to gather the evidence and construct a video like this, something that the alleged party clearly doesn't understand since they are willing to take down a video just because they didn't like the facts that were being stated in it.
Kindly look into this matter, help me get back my video and resolve this as soon as possible.

@VALORANT @riotgames this issue also raises a serious concern about the state of Valorant in Mumbai servers. You can clearly hear EMPkid (EMPkk#LOVE) threatening to kill somebody's mother, I've seen people get punished for far lesser then that. People like Blank, who has publicly admitted that he has cheated and sold cheats as well, how are they still not punished for breaking the TOS, and why are they still allowed to exist in our servers. He still plays under multiple accounts, echoes of me#rikii and wrath#8inch just to name a few. Their mistakes being constantly overlooked has made them arrogant, which gave them the confidence to issue a Legal Notice against me for defamation. Great job @VALORANT people who have broken the TOS multiple times go unpunished, and people like me who choose to speak against it are then legally threatened by the same people who you overlooked.

Btw EMPkid aur Blank, glti se bhi yeh mt soch lena bewakoofon ki mai dr gya, a legal notice has been issued in your name as well. The only reason it was a bit late was because Resident Evil 9 just got released and I wanted to play that without getting spoiled.
