@tfwrail Hello, my inbound train 13:22 from Cardiff Central was delayed by almost 20 mins into Chester. The 16:42 to Liverpool was not held and I missed it by seconds. Both trains were TFW services so I don't know they couldn't hold the train for 2 minutes.

@tfwrail I am now on the 16:54 to Crewe, and then using an EMR service to LPY as there are no other direct services. I trust my ticket will be accepted on the EMR service due to this delay.
