It gives them time to change a ton of things and make it as stable as possible. much less issues,and much faster if they just take it down for an hour or two instead of trying to do all of this with servers running.

It gives them time to change a ton of things and make it as stable as possible. much less issues,and much faster if they just take it down for an hour or two instead of trying to do all of this with servers running.
