Really not ordering from @McDonaldsUK ever again. Driver had to do an extra drop off on the way to me, but it said it was just a few mins away for over half hour. It arrived stone cold. Completely inedible (even our dog wouldn't touch it!) & instead of coke they sent smart water!
As for a refund they want to send vouchers and trying to pass the buck to @ubereats_uk. I didnt order from uber eats, I ordered via the McDonalds app. Ill shortly be contacting @nationwide and asking them if they can process the refund themselves. Distance selling and all that.
@McDonalds Yep I did that. And the UK site was trying to off load my complaint to @ubereats_uk. Fact remains I purchased through McDonalds using the McDonald's app. Literally the copyright in the app says it is owned by McDonalds. My purchase contract is with McDonald's.

@elonmusk I'm not able to drive because of a balance problem with my ears. So I have to have taxes to which cost a fortune in excess of £100 a day. A car like KITT from knightrider would be amazing.
