@antonylittle @afneil Agreed, Antony. It's a rugby scrum. I understand on other airlines when flying Business you may not even see other passengers from other seating groups (separate corridor, separate jet bridge if on larger aircraft).

@British_Airways why is it so difficult for you to get the basics right? Flight to Oslo from Heathrow doesn't have a cabin crew and we've been warned there's no tea or coffee onboard due to "safety reasons".

@British_Airways Credit where credit is due. Cabin crew on Friday's 10:55 flight to Oslo from London Heathrow were excellent. Very attentive, professional and friendly service. The Gate announced there would be no tea or coffee onboard. This was incorrect.

@scottiebateman @HeathrowAirport Agreed flying out of Heathrow Terminal 5 is superior to many other European airports but having flown out of Terminal 2 recently it was a different experience: cramped, escalators broken, abrupt Gate staff. Luckily, I use Terminal 5 more often.

Great experience from @HeathrowAirport security on Good Friday: efficient and polite throughout. And coupled with great service from The Crown Rivers (#wetherspoon) it feels as if customer service is getting back on its feet post-pandemic.

@OliviaUtley If you live in London or another big city and don't own a car you're right 5000 steps is easy but most of the country live in small towns and suburbs with cars.
