@eonenergyuk I’m trying to understand why UK energy bills remain so high and the fixed price deals so poor value. Natural gas wholesale prices have fallen almost 82% in a year close to pre-conflict levels yet all the big energy companies still charge so much more. Why is this?
@SkyHelpTeam It was the tech team to help my parents out who have a phone line problem. I eventually found the number but not on any part of your own website. Why do sky make it so difficult to avoid contact with anyone other than bots?! Clearly don’t pass on cost savings to customers!
