@TeamYouTube Having Playback error issues with YouTube TV DVR and key plays. Have reset routers, unplugged devices. Note that this is occurring on multiple software platforms ( AppleTV and installed app on Samsung). Is broadcasting live channels without incident.

@TeamYouTube YouTube TV app isn’t working on Samsung TV model QN55080AAFXZA. TV Software is up to date - and is available on same WIFI network via Apple products. Tried unplugging, rebooting etc Have sent in multiple logs over 36 hours.

@TeamYouTube This is day 8 of reporting the issue. Summarizing again: no playback on a Samsung TV OS. It is getting YTTv data as the Live schedule and DVR’d materials update on my library. I have full use of YTTv on Apple IOS products on the same network.

@TeamYouTube Has been loading programming available but gives a playback error when hitting start. Tried both router and TV reset. Other streaming platforms (Hulu,HBOMax, youtube, Netflix) are all functioning. This is WIFI access not hardwired.
