@DICTgovph question, cant you make Telco’s such as @enjoyGLOBE and @LiveSmart @SMARTCares make their device inclusive plans to be able to use other telcos sim cards with a rule that stipulated that one sim is populated by their sim and the other slots are free?

Fair use right?

@SMARTCares Thats the problem, when i availed my device and plan I specifically asked if I can use my phone with other sim cards as long as 1 sim is dedicated to smart now you are telling me it is smart locked all the way its kinda misleading yes? Though I used the same phone for StarHub

@MMDA is there nothing you can do with the situation in Quezon Avenue going to Araneta Avenue? Most of the motorists that wants to be ahead take the lane for the underpass going to Manila, please give measures to prevent them from doing so, and I believe traffic will be smoother!
