Ystrday buked @Olacabs&selected Phonepe option 4 paymnt,As I rchd the dest.,rides page was not loading so hd 2 pay to Driver directly.4 booking next ride it showed to pay 4 prev. ride& I ws unable 2 buk nxt ride.PLZ HELP

@ola_supports For the first ride for which I paid twice because the System was showing loading in rides section...

@ola_supports By default it delected the Digital payment option which I did not realise when booking. But still when ride ended why it was showing as loading for very long when I tried to complete the payment. That am now sure.

@Olacabs the system is very bad. I am not able to reach the customer care also. For first ride I had to pay twice SINCE I WAS UNABLE TO BOOK NEXT RIDE.
Now for second ride also SAME ISSUE HAPPENED. I paid driver but again it is NOT ALLOWING ME TO BOOK NEXT RIDE.
