I was so excited to see @FIROfficial @RonnieRadke splurged on VIP tickets for the first time and flew across the country. They rescheduled the show the day before, and now I can’t make it to the new date. I can’t get a refund and feel completely lost. This hurts so much. 💔

So frustrated with @SeatGeek refund policy for rescheduled events. It’s nearly impossible to make it to a new date when you don’t live in the area. I’m heartbroken about missing @FIROfficial it’s just not fair! Rescheduled events should have a refund option if you can't make it.
