At 45kgs we didn’t have many options for getting back to civilisation. The volunteers do an amazing job and Bob donated all his pocket money for rescuing him.

@benjaminjofuso@British_Airways. If you call being asked to leave the airport without baggage, being told to fend for yourself, arrange your own hotel, if you are lucky enough to find one along with 100’s of other stranded passengers scrambling to do the same, sorted then no. Battle begins
@British_Airways why has flight BA1475 from GLA to LHR on 13th Jun 24 been cancelled c6 months in advance, with no reason given. Disrupting travel plans to opening game of Euro24. Argh 😡
@British_Airways David - as i mentioned this is my 2nd flight cancelled in as many months. As a once loyal frequent flyer who commuted weekly with BA for 5 years I am struggling to understand why some discretion and empathy cannot be applied on a case by case basis.
@British_Airways@British_Airways reluctantly accepted next available flight to Marseille. It is grossly inconvenient, we now have a 6hr wait between flights at Heathrow. No sincerity in the apology “you bide by our rules or else”. Request for lounge access as a token gesture refused. Shameless.

@scottish_water Water supply is off once again. @scottish_water. disgraceful service and beyond a joke. How many attempts do you need to resolve ? Cleary engineers are not doing their job properly as are @RenCouncil who standby and do nothing to look after the interests of residents
@scottish_water@RenCouncil Ciara - your apologies are wearing thin. As I said 3rd weekend in January we have had no water. What is being done to ensure we have a reliable and functional service, not one that is dysfunctional? Stay at home and wash your hands regularly with no heating no water ?!
