@HighwaysEAST It takes your organisation far too long to deal with any issues. The amount of people affected by your organisations inability to deal effectively with incidents on a daily basis is massive. This is the worst managed stretch of road in the uk and we have to pay for it!!

@eswater_care Put it simply, you lot have absolutely NO IDEA when the road will reopen. Yesterday anybody in authority with a brain would've realised temporarily changing the one way road back to 2 way whilst works are ongoing would ease traffic but no thats too simple. Useless the lot of you!
