It is disappointing to see my beautiful city criticised by people who should know better.
As a club we are used to being underestimated and we enjoy it, and we enjoyed it more when were promoted last season.
The true beauty of a place is in its people, and that’s why, for me, Hull is one of the most beautiful places in the world.
For me, seeing two ex-players making fun of a deservedly promoted club, is more laughable than the things they were laughing at. @HullCity #HullCity #hcafc #theTigers
This level of ‘sportsmanship’ was given free rein by FIFA for much of the tournament.
The referring towards Argentina against Egypt and England was atrocious.
One of my favourite Falklands facts:
When the referendum was held in 2013 about whether they wished to remain British or become part of Argentina only 3 people voted for Argentina.
There were 18 Argentinians living on the island at the time…
😂
🚨🗣️ Paul Scholes on Argentina players celebrating with Malvinas Islands banner:
"I am 100% telling you that, something needs to be done because if that was another different team, they would have punish them immediately but because it's Argentina they're still quiet"
"It's in their rules and regulations not to do that such, they should have the guts to sanction Argentina or a they scared?"
