NEW: 'Parenting' YouTuber of six Ruby Franke sentenced up to 60 years in prison for child abuse.

Franke's abuse came to light after her youngest son escaped the home with duct tape around his ankles and wrists.

He said that his mother was tying him up in the home and putting cayenne pepper and honey on his cuts.

Franke admitted to kicking her son with boots on and dunking his head under water.

She forced her kids to do physical labor in the summer heat without foot or water to the point they would receive blistering sunburns.

She would also make them stand on the hot pavement barefoot.

Franke's youngest daughter, 9, was forced to jump into a cactus and run barefoot on dirt roads.

"My charges are just. They offer safety to my family, accountability to the public, and they did show mercy to me," she said during sentencing.
