A piece of advice is to be mindful and aware of what you’re saying and who you’re saying it to. It’s not right to talk negatively about a teammate, to other teammates. No coach wants that drama on their team. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Positive team culture over everything. 💯

We got great 2022’s going into their Senior years this winter. They can bring different aspects to any team. College coaches send a DM and get to know these girls. They are ready for the next level.

Hold players accountable to personal/team standards

Give players constant/honest feedback

Be consistent with all players

Enforce consequences

Have difficult conversations when necessary

Know each players potential & push them to reach it
