We've been trying for 4 years to get @UPS to deliver to our house instead of sending stuff to the UPS store (got a delivery today, one box came to the house, one I have to go get). We've followed all of their instructions and nothing fixes it.

Called again. Prior agent I spoke to through sms gave me HORRIBLE info and was very lazy.
A woman named Shane spent 30 mins on the phone with me, told me the CORRECT carrier and helped with what the other agent said couldn't be done.
She saved a customer. Promote her.
So frustrated with @HomeDepot support. Thinking I'll never buy from them for a major job again. I wish @Lowes carried the tile we picked; they were great.
Now I might have 2,500lbs of tile dropped on my driveway "between 9-5" trapping us until the project starts.
Was really worried about my flights this weekend, plus some seating snafu, on an anniversary trip that we saved 3 years for.
Talked to Vumani at @united for 20 minutes, and my blood pressure easily lowered 20 points. Best interaction in years - give that agent a raise!
@cakejhs@USPS Sorry I hadn't seen this ...but I checked recently with the tracking number. Still didn't said it was in transit. I'm assuming that @USPS must have lost it and just won't tell me.
@USPS can you please help me understand why the package that I sent to someone has been sitting "In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late" for about 3 weeks? I don't know who to talk to, and I'm a bit shocked
@Macys we specifically bought a couch from you because the woman in the store sold us this "white glove service" if there are stains or pet issues. My wife had tried for a year, put on multiple tickets online with no acknowledgement. Not what I'd call white glove. #ripoff
@UPS@thefarmersdog@FedEx I'm curious if YOU'D let your customers refrigerated items - like dog food or medicine - be treated in such a careless fashion the way @UPS has been treating our stuff this week?
Our issues with @UPS went too far. Their inability to fix it so ALL packages come to our house almost hurt my wife badly.
Her meds sat in the UPS store FOR 2 DAYS with a huge label that says "needs to be refrigerated / kept cool"
Not the store's fault, UPS' fault.

@UPS And another lousy delivery from @UPS today. We buy from @thefarmersdog which has to stay refrigerated. Normally delivered at the door but I guess they're mad at us, so they just left it around the side of the house because, hey, it's on our property, what do they care?
So I think it's time to move on from @Ask_Spectrum - they sent me this cable box thing that I didn't want. Then they told me to bring it back if I wasn't going to use it (we use the apps). Finally had time to bring it back yesterday.
Got home and they'd erased our DVR.
@johnlarroquette The new iteration was so much fun - never felt like a rip off, or a cheap imitation. Your whole cast had fantastic timing, great chemistry, and it was one of the few shows my ENTIRE family loved. We'll miss you, Dan.
