@fastingonfriday@sweatystartup This definitely. I just finished it a week ago. First time i have ever made it through and on my second go around now. Definitely helped a lot.
This Pennsylvania barbershop is helping children build their confidence, paying young customers $3 to read stories aloud while getting a haircut deserves unlimited retweets..
@murchiston Again this is FL over and above the safe, recommended levels. U can take FL out of the water completely and if i shove enough of it down your throat u are going to drown.
@murchiston@trickylabyrinth@norvid_studies This may be true. I have never seen their rates of any of those compared to ours. However i think it would be foolish to assume that is solely related to FL. There can be many corelations to that including nutrition, environmental and access to care.
@trickylabyrinth@norvid_studies Fluoride is a tool that needs to be used in conjunction with whole mouth care. This includes diet, home care, and regular check-ups. It does work as both a digested element and as a topical element. If people are concerned its fairly easy to test and filter out. 2/2
@trickylabyrinth@norvid_studies So i am far from a top tier researcher. I was unable to find a study of purely topical use vs systemic this morning. After an hour, I called it. It may be out there, but i do not have the resources to locate it. I would just reiterate what I have said before

@trickylabyrinth@norvid_studies The Fl in the enamel matrix that the body incorporates makes that big of a difference. And as you get older, it does keep teeth harder. I’ll see if I can find the studies for that tomorrow.
@trickylabyrinth@norvid_studies To the extent of “do you need it”, no. Of course not. Have a healthy diet, brush, floss and get ur teeth cleaned every 6 months and u should be in pretty good shape. But it does make a difference. I have cut teeth from people who got and those that didnt. You can FEEL it.
