Just a heads up—taxi and Uber prices from Bilbao airport have shot up, and it’s likely to be even worse tomorrow. People are getting quoted €60 for a 6.5km trip to the hotel in Bilbao.

Instead, there’s a bus just to the right as you exit the terminal. It’s only €2.10 to the city centre, takes around 15–20 minutes, and drops you right by the metro.

Buses run every 10 minutes.

The injury crisis at #MUFC is escalating, and the most concerning aspect is that many of these injuries have been caused or worsened by the mismanagement and neglect off all departments from the ownership.

Lisandro Martinez has been playing with his broken foot, which never properly healed, relying on painkillers. Surprisingly, this issue was either cleared or not picked up by the medical staff (this has made his injury much worse).

Now, Martinez is out for more than three months, a situation that could have easily been prevented.

In 18 years of Glazers' ownership, there have been no significant improvements in infrastructure, facilities, or staff. Ronaldo even exposed this by noting that we still have the same team and facilities as we did in 2003 when he first joined, expressing shock at the lack of upgrades or development.

The owners have not seen fit to invest in a sports science department or upgrade medical facilities, just like the state of Old Trafford, which is deteriorating. The training facilities and medical department have been entirely neglected.

Ten Hag reportedly wanted to bring in Ajax's head of performance and physical conditioning, Alessandro Schoenmaker, to Manchester United, but the Glazers retained the original fitness staff instead.

Ten Hag aimed for a more intense style of football than what the players experienced under Ole/Jose and sought the right coaches and rehabilitation team for support but was denied.

Most of the injuries appear to be muscular rather than from contact. While injuries are inevitable in sports, many seem to result from the mismanagement of player injuries, inadequate training regimes, and outdated staff and facilities ill-equipped for the demands of modern football.

While many of our injuries would of happened regardless the Martinez injury is something that would have been avoided at any other top club. #GlazersOut
