@browt1971 @johndcoyleesq Same dates for me as well. My case in the EDNY under Judge Brown just dismissed my case on summary judgement after 3 years. My attorney is appealing the decision with the hopes that the appealate court will see that this should have gone to jury trial.

He recently ruled to dismiss 2 healthcare mandate cases even though they were IT workers where 99% of their work was done remotely or at a non-healtcare campus. Stating that that 1% was an undue hardship.

The same judge dismissed my vaccine mandate termination case 3 weeks ago when it clearly should have moved forward to trial over disputed facts that should not have been decided by judge Brown. Seems as though the system has influenced the courts.

I feel like it’s finally safe to say this out loud: The COVID era was a time of staggering overreach and repeated, official betrayal. They took our freedom, our livelihoods, and our trust, and no one has answered for it.

We were forced into isolation, fueling a massive psychological crisis. Beaches, parks, and trails where transmission was virtually impossible were closed, ignoring the crucial role of sunlight and Vitamin D for immune function.

The government and employers forced vaccine mandates, making millions choose between a medical treatment lacking long-term safety data and their ability to feed their families. Meanwhile, pharmaceutical companies were granted total immunity from liability.

If you had a severe vaccine reaction, you were on your own. When people tried to share these stories of big tech silenced them and deleted their accounts.

The architects of these policies, like Dr. Fauci, shifted goalposts constantly. He received a preemptive presidential pardon from Joe Biden, and when recently questioned by Congress, pleaded the Fifth Amendment 111 times.

The biggest failure? We knew early on that metabolic dysfunction was a massive risk factor for severe COVID. Yet public health officials stayed completely silent on the importance of quality food, exercise, and true metabolic resilience.

Instagram deleted my account in 2021 for pointing all of these things out. YouTube deleted multiple videos on these topics.

We all lost something during those years. Whether it was someone you loved, your job, your sovereignty, or your health... I am truly sorry for your loss.

If all of this makes you angry, you’re my kind of people.

@ChrisCuomo I and thousands of others were terminated from our career over vaccination status. Weird how you didn't have a problem with that. In fact, you fanned the flames and made it your priority until the winds changed direction.

I really thought there would be serious action by now. The military reinstatements give many of us hope but it seems to have stopped there. Why?

A thank you letter to President Trump followed by a much needed critique on behalf of fired unvaxxed American workers

Dear President Trump:

I’m writing to thank you for your vigilance in ensuring that the routine childhood vaccine schedule is as safe as possible and for returning power to parents in making vaccination decisions for their children. I am especially thankful for your recognition that religious liberty must be protected all across the nation when states attempt to force vaccination upon American children.

On August 10 when you signed this historic executive order in the Oval Office you stated the following: “This executive order directs the Attorney General to advance legal challenges against states that violate children’s rights to religious or medical vaccination exemptions.”

This is wonderful news!

But as an NYC special education teacher who was fired for not getting the Covid shot I need to point out that the order you signed focuses on the religious liberty of parents for their children, but not that of the American worker.

Thanks to a previous executive order of yours from 2025 the military is implementing a process to reinstate and compensate military members fired for refusing the Covid shot. There is a phenomenal movie titled “Duty to Disobey” which recognizes you and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth for the bold initiatives you are moving forward to right this wrong from the Biden Administration. I thank you so much for this critical work Mr. President!

However - still till this very day - teachers, firefighters, cops, sanitation workers, medical professionals as well as workers in the private sector who were fired and had their careers ruined for not getting the Covid shot have not received any assistance whatsoever. As we step into the midterm election season these people now have zero motivation. They were so incredibly thrilled when you were elected in 2024, and the birth of MAHA held so much promise. Today, unfortunately, that is no longer the case.

Midterm elections:

Fired unvaccinated workers were part of the historic coalition that carried you to victory in 2024. I know this because I helped to lead a historic MAHA effort in Pennsylvania that flipped Bucks County from blue to red for the first time since 1988.
