@virginmedia This is the method I’ve been using and not getting anywhere - I need a solution - it’s almost as if barriers are being put up to get to a solution #virginmedia
@virginmedia I’m still waiting on a £176 cheque for an incorrectly processed early termination charge which has been discussed many times on phone comms - at least 4 vm operators have told me that it’s been processed - the last saying it would be with me before end of October
@virginmedia Originally the agent said yes and then said no it’s been credited and then passed me onto another department but got disconnected - I’d been on phone for 45 mins by that time - I just want a solution
@virginmedia I’m getting mixed messages - there’s confusion upon confusion - based on a series of problems - one operatorstating a cheque sent out another saying that a credit has already been applied to account - however the credit was for another charging matterthat vm have owned
