If position coaches aren’t getting it done, still comes back to him. When multiple units struggle the same way, that’s not just on assistants, that’s the whole system.

Recruits don’t care about scraping above .500 once, they care about development and improvement. When the same issues show up every week, that hurts just as much as turnover.
