While addressing the @_AfricanUnion Members of the C-10 today, Pres. @KagutaMuseveni noted that Africa’s absence as a Permanent Member of the UNSC is responsible for @UN unnecessary attacks that killed Patrice Lumumba & Gadafi (Congo & Libya) thus the membership is long overdue.
