@chiky_handlr She is absolutely wrong, not spot on. Virginia broke its own law. They did not have the right to referendum on, but they knew it would pass at that time because some on the right are sick of some of the Republicans. It was a pure political move, knowing they won either way
@micah_erfan Texas had guidelines after the 2022 redistrict and created more Latin districts? Might be wrong, ala Louisiana ruling. Virginia set out to purposefully gerrymander and broke their own laws. Same? Hardly.
