@ATTHelp You have an employee. Jaylin in the Dublin Ohio store who fraudulently added ATT Next on 2 lines and a protection plan to my account. You have some ridiculous policy that you can’t cancel during a 14 day remorse period. At this point I have remorse that I’m even using ATT

If you are an ATT customer I suggest checking your bill for fraudulent ATT next and insurance charges. Jay at the Dublin, Ohio store slammed my account with these charges today while I was upgrading 2 phones. And ATT won’t let me cancel it for 14 days. Absolutely criminal. @ATT
