And this happens while I’m still grieving my cat, and my first day of my clinical starts tomorrow and I haven’t prepared myself properly. My emotions have been numb-to-bad already. And now I’m trying to sleep and can’t stop thinking

I found out that my emotionally abusive ex got engaged to his new gf and now my stupid mind is chewing over and remembering all the trauma he caused me, that it’s taken me years to heal from and even recognize was abuse. I hope you’re a better person now, after using me like that
