I've used PEMF mats, red light therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, etc. It all helps but I may need to try something extra for her hip & knee.

It worked.

My dad was a doctor too, but took me to ice skating practice at 5:30 every morning and sang opera in the car.
He had already run 5 miles.
