Oxfam brands GDP 'colonial and anti-feminist' as charity calls for women's domestic work to be valued https://t.co/H44tFlP7uU Foxtrot Oscar @oxfamgb with your ridiculous Woke nonsense. Thanks.
@TalkTV Ian, currently 11c downstairs in my house, 10.4c upstairs. I have 8 layers of clothing on inc. 5 thermal vests. If i put the heating on it will take 2 to 3 hours to reach even 12 degrees. It's a 1930's house. It's wonderful in the summer but it's a fridge in the winter!
@iancollinsuk Will I trust the Tories again? No. Never voted for anyone else in my adult lifetime (40+ years) but I joined Reform last week. I'm absolutely sick and tired of them. Labour-lite, that's all they are now. That was a Labour Party Budget yesterday.
@Iromg Ofwat say the water companies lost an average of 2,923.8m litres of water a day in 2021-22, equating to 1.06tn litres over the year but this plank thinks this: https://t.co/K5fKDrlAxk
@DavidLammy That accolade can only be hung around one persons neck and that's war-mongering Blair. Most of the crap that we're enduring in this country is down to him - i.e. we can't "export" economic migrants illegally entering this country to cite one example. Cheers.

@Afzal4Gorton @trussliz The UK pledged ยฃ665 million to Pakistan from 2009โ2013. Between 2014 to 2019, Pakistan was the largest recipient of direct UK foreign development aid. It received approximately ยฃ320 million in aid in 2019/20 as part of Department for International Development's programme. Hush.
@RachelReevesMP "Between 2015 and 2019 Pakistan was the largest single recipient of direct UK government-to-government bilateral aid." So how much more money should we give them then?
@ironmg "Working from home will add more than ยฃ2,500 a year to already soaring energy bills, analysis has found". Maybe that will "entice" people to get back to the office https://t.co/btUShfbAMJ
@mechanic_mrs@taracartergmc Easy for him to say when MP's can claim for their energy bills on their expenses - "British MPs have charged taxpayers ยฃ420,000 for energy bills to heat their second homes since 2019".
@ticerichard So, if we're in trouble now with the latest hike of the price cap, how will we cope with this prediction of ยฃ7700 come April 2023? https://t.co/jhxmPPCI2G
