@Chubb I never experienced such a bad treatment as with Chubb for the reimbursement of a Transavia airplane ticket. They are trying all possible pretexts not to reimburse 100$ for a just cause. What a shame for such a honorable group!

@transavia Don’t subscribe to the travel insurance proposed by Transavia. Chubb insurance rejected my claim on the pretext that my place of residence appreared in France and not Belgium in the (probably pre-filled) form which, even if true, it is irrelevant for the claim.

@FlyingBrussels I understand that you cannot refund ticket for a cash-flow problem, but what I cannot t understand why once we put our reservation number and name (which is checked immediately) we have to wait two weeks to get the voucher. All other airlines do it immediately.
