第二阶段：阴蒂外围画圈（最容易翻车的地方）
阴蒂不要一开始就又快又狠。先用舌面盖住整个阴蒂包皮区域，左右缓慢移动，像用舌头给它做热敷。然后改用舌尖，在包皮外围画很小的圆，一圈顺时针、一圈逆时针，圈越画越小。每画三四圈，用嘴唇把阴蒂连同包皮轻轻含住，吮一下就松开，再继续画。

第三阶段：阴蒂直攻 + 节奏变化
把包皮轻轻上推（用拇指或舌尖），露出阴蒂头。用舌尖点、舔、绕三种动作交替：
点：短促轻点顶部
舔：从下往上扫过
绕：绕着阴蒂头画极小的圈
每做8–10下，改成整片舌面贴上去左右摩擦两下，给她一个“面积感”的缓冲，然后再回到舌尖。速度可以慢慢加快，但力度始终由轻到中，观察她大腿内侧是否发抖、腰是否往上送。
第四阶段：内外同时（杀招组合）
一只手的中指或食指蘸女生自己的水润滑，从阴道口缓慢进入，指腹朝上找G点（通常在入口内约4–6厘米、朝肚脐方向的海绵状区域）。手指在里面做“过来”的弯曲动作，同时舌头继续在阴蒂上保持刚才找到的节奏。
进阶版：手指在里面缓慢画圈或做“勾”，舌头在外面同步画反向的小圈。内外节奏错开一点，她会更难适应，也更容易失控。
第五阶段：她快到的时候���么收
感觉她呼吸变乱、大腿内侧肌肉持续收紧、阴蒂变硬变敏感时，有两种选择：
1加速收尾：舌头改成快速、小幅度的左右扫或点，手指在G点上加快“过来”的频率，但幅度变小。保持到她高潮，高潮过程中不要立刻停，继续轻舔阴蒂外围帮她把余波延长。
2折磨版（对应你前面说的女上那种“慢杀”思路）：她马上要到的瞬间，舌头改成极慢、极贴的整面摩擦，手指几乎停在G点上只做轻微按压。她会自己把腰送上来求你快点。再突然恢复快速，通常会直接过线。
高潮后阴蒂会非常敏感，立刻改成用嘴唇含住整个区域轻轻吮、或改舔大阴唇和大腿内侧，给她30–60秒不应期缓冲，再决定要不要第二轮。
实用注意
牙齿绝对不能碰到阴蒂。
舌头保持湿润，中途可以抬头咽一口或用手指把润滑带上来。
她说“慢一点”“轻一点”立刻照做，说“就这样”就锁定当前动作不要加戏。
她高潮后阴道还在一收一放时，你把舌头或手指停在里面感受那个节奏，再轻轻跟上，体感会特别强。
建议15–20分钟：前3分钟预热、中间8分钟主攻、后面留反应和收尾。
按这个节奏做，比单纯“狂舔阴蒂”有效得多。
