HIGH NUMBER OF POWER OUTAGES ACROSS ETHEKWINI

The eThekwini Municipality’s Electricity and Energy Directorate wishes to inform residents that it is currently attending to a significant number of power outages affecting various areas across eThekwini.

To expedite the restoration of electricity supply, additional technical teams have been deployed and are working around the clock to attend to reported outages. Every effort is being made to restore power to affected customers as safely and as quickly as possible.

While restoration times may be longer than usual due to the high volume of outages, residents are assured that the Directorate is working diligently to restore electricity supply to all affected areas. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our teams continue working tirelessly to return supply to every community.
