Marathon season just brings something different out of people ❤️

At the Berlin Marathon, a runner’s shoe was falling apart mid-race… and a spectator watching from the side stepped in and handed over their own trainer so they could carry on 👏

What a moment.

The bit that sticks with me isn’t just the act… it’s how quickly it happened.

Thousands of people saw the same thing. Most kept watching. One person decided to step in 🥹

Seeing something unfold and choosing to get involved, rather than assuming someone else will.

I’ve seen that same pattern play out time and time again… the difference is rarely ability, it’s who’s willing to act first.

Being a good person isn’t complicated 🤝
