#2- courses- 7 minute spreads spreads for ttimes, no Marshalls, beer carts roaming course (put stationary at a tbox).
#3- Rules- OB, outlaw white stakes, should be white with red top. On line drops (hazard still in play)

New idea for FedEx Cup playoffs: Have the scores accumulate for all of the playoff events. Can still have field cuts each week. Winner will be the one who plays the best over four weeks. @LouStagner @Mike_kim714
