@jennair I’m disappointed. My $1K JennAir microw(bought ~2016, looks new) stopped working after a few years. Your tech said it’s not worth fixing & that you would help with replace costs. Rep said “nothing can be done.” I asked for a mgr,was told I’d get call. No one ever did.

@EsteeLauder I’m a loyal customer. I recently placed an order based on the bonus being offered. I received the order but no bonus. When I called 3x the reps acted as if they didn’t understand and told me to send back the order. This is not the customer service I am used to.
