Weak enough noise can have a mild effect on the loss function, similarly to how small-angle initializations can avoid barren plateaus (BP).

Coincidences? Here we show how from a given noise map, one can derive a corresponding small angle initialization strategy (QResNet)!

“Absorption” of quantum information by the environment from the system is a thing, and can cause NIBP.

Here, we show that this same phenomenon can happen with respect to certain subspaces of the computational space too... and improve the variance!
