In my defence the plan advertised was not clear. I thought I can use the 1499 amount to charge the eV but looks like that’s the plan amount. Request help as I immediately called up without using the charging

@MyIndusIndBank Your phone banking number is non functional. 1860 does not connect. Any other route to connect at the end of asking 100 questions - just says - try another channel. Hence here I am trying another channel.

The voice customer care were not helpful,actually rude and even after multiple requests - have not connected me with a supervisor. Kindly help

@GooglePayIndia Hi - this issue is still not resolved. A bank is not able to be added in Google pay but in all other UPI platforms. It has been a horrendous experience with the voice customer care. It has been 3 months and a senior citizen is still struggling because of this. Kindly respond.

@GooglePayIndia what would it take for us to get a response on a ticket raised via support chat and then escalated to email for screenshots and then even called the voice support. We have not got a resolution nor even a response or an SLA.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my number does not have internet services from weeks. Complaint raised on 3rd Aug. Customer Care ETA is 15 days 2 resolve d issue. How r we expectd 2 sustain for 15 days without internet. Escalation request in voice gets call disconnected. Any Help ?
