Even if a poor patient has a BPL card, they are forced to get a referral letter, either from DHS or a Delhi Government hospital. Now imagine those who don't have a BPL or an income certificate to get free treatment. This procedure only adds more suffering and disappointment.

Why harass EWS patients. Even if a EWS patient possess a vaild ration card, identified pvt hospitals force him or her to get referral letter from DHS. It is a sheer harassment to poor patients.
