@TracesofTexas A friend from my high school days did a documentary on The Children of Giant. Giant said a lot about race relations in Texas. Edna Ferber wrote it as an indictment. The movie was much more hopeful. The documentary follows up on what happened to some of these children.

The best way was when you were moving from one ranch to another. Saddle to lean against, wind in your hair.
